How to get everyone aligned before you book
Five steps. Create the trip, share a link, collect answers, look at overlap, then keep planning the same trip.

Send the join link in chat. Friends can answer from the shared link without creating an account. Do not make a second trip for the same weekend.
3. Everyone answers privately where appropriate
Each person fills the prompts for that start: availability, vibe, destination preferences, budget, and anything extra. Budget stays a personal range. Dates are painted on the When board when a request is open.
4. See where the group overlaps
After the required prompts, Awaii shows how you line up: common ground and unresolved choices. This is not an itinerary. It is the brief.
5. Keep planning the same trip

Do friends need accounts?
No. Friends can answer from the shared link without creating an account. You can also start an alignment on the web without creating an account.
Can answers be changed?
Yes, while the alignment is still open. Open the prompt again and save an update. Availability can be repainted on an open date request.
What happens after everyone answers?
You see how the group lines up: common ground and what is still open. The same trip stays available on the web and in Awaii on iPhone. Web does not lock dates or turn answers into bookings.
